Dr. MOHAMED OMAR BINCOF is an independent thinker, visionary, innovator, and professional integrity; Dr. BINCOF is a founding member and former executive director, Y-PEER-Somalia, and Co-founder of Kudos Consulting and Strategic Research-based in Mogadishu. Over the past four years, he has been involved in performing academic research and projects that address the different phenomena that made a major contribution to political science, public policy & management, among other themes. Dr.Bincof holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and Public Administration from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Turkey, Master of Arts in Development Studies from Kampala University-Uganda and undergraduate of BA from SIMAD University-Somalia.
