Hon. Abdulkadir Sh Ali Ibrahim (Baqdaadi) is a Member of Parliament, hold master of Islamic Thought at Baqdad University. Hon. Abdulkadir was Deputy Ministry of Education, Culture Higher Education during 2011 up to 2013 he became a ministry of Religious and Endowment Affairs in 2015 to 2017. In 2018 He has been nominated as Ministry State House of Presidency. Hon. Baqdaadi has been taking part in Somali political system for over a decade and his commitment and fair participation became unforgettable in the society.
