Mr. Musse is a head department of Public law at Somali National University, he is also lecturer at Daha International University and Benadir University. Mr. Musse is now judge of Benadir Region Court. Mr. Muse Ahmed Isse holds Master's degree of Public law (LLM) from the International University of Africa, Post graduate diploma (high diploma) of public administration from the International University of Africa and Bachelor of law (LLB) from the International University of Africa, Sudan.
